The USPS delivers more than packages during the holiday season. Inside the packages are memories, reminders of home, and dreams come true. No-one understands that better than the United States Postal Service. Thats why they make it their priority to get those wishes to you on time. This is the story of a young boy who needs something very small to make his Holiday complete, and how to the USPS that is a very big thing indeed. Selected as one of the best holiday ads of 2017 by Fast Company, and “Most Liked” Holiday Ad Of The Season by Ace Metrix.

Surprise Encounter

To celebrate the new USPS Santa stamp we created a holiday spot showing how the USPS delivers to more homes at the holidays than anyone else, with one notable exception.

This spot depicts what happens when a USPS carrier and Santa Claus meet at the front steps of the same address. The two are first surprised to see each other, but proceed to silently and knowingly swap stories and tricks of the trade before moving on to the next house. It’s a meeting of equals who, despite having very different methods, take pride in their parallel journey to deliver packages in time for the holidays.
