Fios Quantum
The mission was educate current Fios subscribers about the service’s premium offering, called Quantum. The work needed to run on a continuous loop on Verizon's own channel.
It had to convey a lot of information telling customers about upgrades to their service. That could have been a bit dry if we didn't handle it correctly.
We wanted people to learn about Verizon's offerings without reaching for their remotes.
So, we set out to make it as entertaining and rewarding as we could on repeated viewing.
Working with animation and post-house Charlex we created a world of animated, recurring characters showing use-cases for each of the available upgrades, so you could find something new every time you watched it. And what better way to do that than with a tiny, detailed world of Verizon metaphors.
